Our business law practice includes entity formation, contract drafting, contract review, and U.S. Trademark applications. On the civil dispute side, we draft demand letters and negotiate resolutions to various types of personal and professional conflicts. Our estate planning practice includes drafting wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and trusts. 

We provide competitive legal rates which depend on the service requested. Generally, the hourly rate for legal services is $300.

For other services, you can reach out for a consultation to get a price quote for our services. There are also several legal templates and services available for purchase under the "PAY" tab of our website. 

Our firm operates as a virtual law office, which means most consultations and meetings are conducted online for your convenience. This allows us to provide flexible scheduling and efficient service without the need for in‑person visits. If an in‑person meeting becomes necessary, we will arrange a mutually convenient meeting location on a case‑by‑case basis.
